Delivery Information
Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £50 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 4PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £49.99 and under will be charged at £4.99.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. A business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Our parcels are sent via DPD or UPC courier service and all non-mainland UK (The Highlands & Islands) postcodes are excluded from the Next Day Delivery option.
Note: Air conditioners are large items that contain refrigerants. It is essential that you choose a vendor who has a quality delivery process to prevent your goods arriving damaged. All De'Longhi air conditioners are double wrapped in a specially designed sleeve for additional protection.
